• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us via email at contact@useinfinitee.com within 14 days of receiving the product.
• Provide your purchase number and attach a clear picture of the damage.
• We will issue a refund for damaged or defective items.

Wrong Size:

• If you receive an item in the wrong size, please contact us via email at contact@useinfinitee.com  within 14 days of receiving the product.
• We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
• Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a refund and provide store credit for your next purchase.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items:
